Position Responsibilities：

• Responsible for on-site installation and commissioning of industrial nitrogen, oxygen and gas purification equipment.

• Responsible for on-site equipment fault handling and repair, maintenance services.

• Regular maintenance of original parts and equipment, on-site promotion and promotion of sales products.

• Assist in meeting annual sales targets for equipment parts and maintenance services.

• Responsible for on-site equipment operation and maintenance training, and provide technical support to customers.

• Cooperate with technical support to provide timely analysis and feedback on on-site product quality problems.

• Implement professional service processes and security service specifications.

• Effectively promote the company image and improve customer satisfaction.

• Timely complete other related auxiliary work arranged by the department.

• Comply with the safety and quality management requirements of the company and related parties.

Experience/Knowledge/Educational requirements：

• College degree or above, major in mechanical engineering, mechatronics or related

• More than two years of equipment maintenance or field service experience

• Proficient in computer operation and office software

Personality requirements：

• Good communication skills and customer oriented service awareness.

• Willing to travel
