Ordinary nitrogen (generally 99-99.9% purity) by adding hydrogen or carbon, under the action of a catalyst, with the oxygen in nitrogen to react to produce water or carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, etc., and then through the post-stage molecular sieve adsorption, the secondary reaction products adsorption. High purity nitrogen is obtained.
The ammonia dryer skid adopts the adsorption drying process, using the principle that the molecular sieve adsorbed different amounts of water under different temperatures and pressures, and the dry ammonia gas is obtained by working at room temperature and pressure, and then regenerated by heating and atmospheric pressure. The device is composed of two dryers and supporting pneumatic valves and solenoid valves. The two dryers work and regenerate alternately to realize automatic and unmanned control switching.
The PSA hydrogen production machine uses mixed air containing hydrogen (ammonia, methanol reforming, natural gas reforming) as the raw air, uses special molecular sieves, and uses PSA (pressure swing adsorption) principle to produce hydrogen. Due to the different adsorption and diffusion rates of H2 and N2 molecules, the valve is automatically controlled by PLC to ensure pressurized adsorption and reduced pressure regeneration. The complete cycle of this operation results in the separation of hydrogen and hydrogen.
It is mainly equipped with electrolytic water hydrogen production equipment to remove oxygen impurities in hydrogen and adsorb water, which can improve the purity of hydrogen (from 98% to 99.9995%).
