We use air as raw material and carbon molecular sieve (CMS) as absorbent. Under A certain pressure, the amount of oxygen absorbed by CMS in the air is much greater than the amount of nitrogen absorbed by CMS. Therefore, the automatic pneumatic valve controls the switch to make tower A and tower B work alternately to realize pressure adsorption and decompression desorption, and complete the separation of adsorbent. Oxygen and nitrogen and achieve the target purity of nitrogen.

Compressed air is used as raw material to enter one or more membrane components, each of which is composed of millions of hollow fibers, and various gases in the air (about 78% nitrogen, 21% oxygen, and 1% argon) are filtered out through the membrane wall with different penetrations, resulting in dry nitrogen, which is discharged from the end of the membrane to the gas point.
