Mission:
In response to the company's overall business development strategy, promote the steady growth of regional or industry overall business through systematic development.
Position Responsibilities:
• Formulate and implement regional or industry overall business development strategies, and continuously optimize them based on market changes
• Develop and implement annual regional or industry product promotion, promotion and business development plans. Achieve annual sales and market share targets and maximize company profits
• Support regional or industry sales development business:
—Collection and tracking of resources
—Actively plan, organize and participate in market activities such as regional or industry exhibitions, seminars and product demonstrations, and constantly expand channels
—Continuously collect feedback on product, delivery and after-sales service issues, organize related departments to discuss and formulate solutions
• 1:1 tracking and coordination of key customers, customer relationship maintenance
• Organize and implement regular product promotion and training programs
• Through customer loyalty research and improvement, constantly improve customer matching rate
• Together with CTS sales, continuously improve customer attention to after-sales service business and after-sales service business 1:1 ratio
• Work with finance department to actively coordinate regional or industry sales control accounts receivable
•Comply with the safety and quality management requirements of the company and related parties
Experience/Knowledge/Education Requirements:
• More than 3 years of channel sales experience in machinery industry, and sales experience of complete machine is preferred
• Air compressor or dryer channel sales experience is preferred
• Understand the sales network of related products such as air compressor or nitrogen machine
Personality requirements:
• College degree or above, major in mechanical engineering or related
• Basic English reading and writing skills are preferred
• Good communication and leadership skills, customer oriented
• Good computer skills
• Willing to travel
