In order to effectively improve the comprehensive quality and learning ability of the employees, and actively cultivate the corporate culture of autonomy and advancement, Suzhou Since Gas Technology Co., Ltd. held a "Mindest Growth Workshop" on April 12. Ms. Yao Ying, HR&Admin manager, presided over the activity, and leaders of various departments and employees gathered together to discuss the significance of growth thinking and its impact on daily work.
Through group discussion, employees participated in discussions on the differences between mindest growth and fixed thinking, how to develop mindest growth, the application of mindest growth in the actual work process, and other issues. In the process, everyone had lots of ideas and speak up actively, and shared their understanding of growth thinking.
At the meeting, Suzhou Since Gas General manager,Mr. Ge Jiguo and leaders of different departments also showed their opinions, referring to their own experience and shared with all the application and results of mindest growth in their actual work process. All employees were very encouraged by their stories!
Through this activity, we have a further understanding and thinking of mindest growth. As the general manager of Mr. Ge Jiguo to everyone's message: During the future work,do not afraid to go out of your comfort zone and own the courage to accept all challenges; In the face of difficulties, just grow up under pressure and cooperate with each other to beyond our business goals!
