Ammonia is a colorless gas with strong irritating odor, chemical formula NH3, molecular weight 17.031, density 0.7710 g/L, relative density 0.5971 (air = 1.00), at high temperature it will be decomposed into nitrogen and hydrogen, and it has reducing effect. Ammonia has a wide range of applications in the heat treatment industry, metallurgical industry and chemical industry.

  Technical Principle     

Since Gas GNHP series ammonia dryer adopts adsorption drying process, utilizing the principle that molecules adsorb different amounts of water at different temperatures and pressures, and obtains dry ammonia gas by working at room temperature and pressure, and then regenerates by heating and atmospheric pressure. The skid consists of two dryers and matching pneumatic valves and solenoid valves, the two dryers work and regenerate alternately, realizing full-automatic unmanned operation and control switching to ensure the high efficiency and high stability of gas supply; when the impurity adsorption is saturated, the activity can be restored through regeneration, and the service life is longer.
