Suzhou Since Gas Technology Co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "Since Gas") held the #NSLF 2024 Global Learning Festival in October. All employees participated in various activities such as special training, experience sharing workshops and online courses according to their interests.The event was divided into two competitions: the 2024 online learning Competition and the Operation Safety Knowledge Competition, aiming to stay competitive and encourage employees to keep learning and improving their skills while developing the company's business.

Production must be safe, and safety promotes production. In order to deepen the understanding of production safety knowledge, laws and regulations of the frontline employees, inspect the actual safety operation of the employees, improve the safety awareness and self-care ability of the employees, and enhance the cohesion and unity of the employees, Since Gas organized the 2024 production safety knowledge Competition, which was divided into two events: practical safety inspection and theoretical knowledge assessment.

   A "real combat training" of business skills  

Through the 3-day practical operation safety inspection, the safety assessment of daily work content of all types of workers in the production department was carried out, and the score deduction system was adopted. The responsible person of safety quality of Synsis Gas conducted random assessment, checked the safety items of practical operation item by item, and counted the scores to obtain the total score of on-site practical operation for each participating worker, and carried out a unified second training at the meeting.

  A "Fun Class" of Safety Education  

On the afternoon of October 15, Since Gas organized a unique knowledge contest. A total of 15 players were selected to form 3 teams to participate in the knowledge competition, and the judge was the head of Since Gas SHEQ. Through the combination of fun competition and flying chess, the participating employees had a deeper understanding of safety and environmental protection, basic equipment knowledge, post emergency disposal and other knowledge.

Through the safety knowledge competition, effectively enhance the safety production awareness of employees, safe operation skills and self-protection ability, set off a wave of workers' safety production knowledge learning, and create a strong atmosphere of learning safety production knowledge. After the event, the participants of each team took a photo happily to celebrate the award. Safety work has only a starting point, there is no end. The knowledge competition of safety production is over, but our safety work is still going on.

On October 16th, Mr. Ge Jiguo, General manager of Since Gas, presented prizes to the winners of the 2024 online learning Competition and Production Safety Knowledge Competition, encouraging everyone to keep learning and improve themselves whether they are reading books, taking online courses or learning a new skill.
