In June 2025, Suzhou Since Gas Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Since Gas") completed the workshop for analyzing and discussing the results of the 2025 Insight Survey by the management and various departments. This is the first time that Since Gas has participated in the Group's engagement survey activity, and everyone actively participated in this survey. First, Mr. Ge Jiguo, General Manager, analyzed and summarized the results of the company's 2025 Insight Survey, and invited everyone to actively participate in discussions and communications, hoping that through the review of this stage of the survey, the next stage of work can be better planned.

Upholding the principle of "problems lie in the frontline, and solutions are found in the frontline", we organized all employees to participate in group discussions, allowing everyone to sequentially feedback and summarize the company's strengths and opportunity items from the company and departmental dimensions based on the survey results. Colleagues online also joined the heated discussion in the comment section, sharing their opinions and conducting analyses. Each group then voted to select the top 3 strengths and opportunity items, listed the parts of strengths that need to be maintained, and proposed improvement suggestions for opportunity items. Representatives from each group presented the results respectively.

After a lively discussion and brainstorming session, we collectively collected over 40 items that need to be maintained, as well as more than 30 improvement suggestions for the opportunity items. These suggestions will be further discussed and analyzed at the management meeting, and ultimately specific key action plans at the company level and for each department will be formulated as daily management projects. They will be continuously followed up and implemented in the subsequent work. This will play a positive role in promoting the continuous improvement and business development of the company.
