When the super factories of the new energy giants are operating day and night, the birth of each battery cell is inseparable from an "invisible hero" - high-purity nitrogen. Recently, Suzhou Since Gas Technology Co., Ltd. has reached a deep cooperation agreement with a leading domestic new energy customer. Since Gas will deliver a total of over 20 sets of nitrogen generation equipment in batches, with the maximum single unit specification reaching up to 1400 Nm³/h, fully meeting the nitrogen supply demands of the customer's four major production bases. 

This is not an ordinary equipment purchase; rather, it is a strategic-level supporting project driven by both "green electricity" and "intelligent manufacturing". 

The manufacturing of lithium batteries has extremely strict requirements for the cleanliness of the production environment and the protection by inert gases. In the core processes such as cell manufacturing, component assembly, and PACK assembly, high-purity nitrogen is an indispensable protective gas - it prevents oxidation, explosion and combustion, and ensures product quality, directly determining the safety and performance of each battery.

Let's do the conversion first: 

1400 Nm³/h ≈ Approximately 23 cubic meters of high-purity nitrogen gas is produced per minute. 

It is equivalent to filling a space that is approximately 460 standard basketball courts in size to a height of 1 meter, and each "breath" of air is 99.99% pure.

For a single-base production capacity of several tens of gigawatt-hours, only a large volume, high purity, and continuous stable supply of nitrogen can sustain the "breathing rhythm" of the entire production line. Among the 20 sets of nitrogen generators ordered by the customer, the largest single set has a specification of up to 1400 Nm³/h, which belongs to the large-scale industrial nitrogen generation level. It has now been successfully delivered to the customer's production base. One 1400 cubic meters unit can cover the nitrogen demand of an entire battery cell production line. Since Gas has installed "double insurance" for each of the customer's production lines.

For this project, we did not merely engage in a one-off transaction. Instead, we deeply participated in the overall gas usage plan design for the client.
