Nitrogen is used for cooling and drying lithium batteries, as well as to prevent high-temperature oxidation. Nitrogen can also remove oxygen from the solution, prevent oxygen from participating in electrode reactions, corrode the electrode, and maintain electrolyte stability. The main application products include lithium battery powertrains, carbon nanotubes, supercapacitors, graphite negative electrode materials, lithium iron phosphate positive electrode materials, and ternary materials. The general requirement for nitrogen purity is 99.99% -99.9995%.
